PROJECT PROCESS

  1. Save Image from Photoshop

  2. Save for Web (980 x ????) - Make sure the file is not longer the 1724px (If the email is longer it will get cropped in Microsoft Outlook.)

  3. Upload image to MailChimp in the image folder

  4. Copy paste link into the HTML code in Dreamweaver

  5. Create link restate with link shapes

  6. Save HTML

  7. View HTML file in browser to test links

  8. Input : Subject line • From Information • Reply Address

  9. To track E-commerce / Social data click on option in MailChimp

  10. Upload zipped HTML file to MailChimp

  11. Send test emails

  12. Schedule date and time
